View Homes

It is a process of elimination and helps us build a frame of reference.

Write the Contract

We will review all the elements of an offer to make you much more comfortable during the negotiation process.

Deposit Earnest Money

The best way to communicate to the seller that you’re serious.

Fulfill Conditions

After the contract is accepted, conditions such as inspection/s, financing, survey review, etc. need to be fulfilled.

Final Visits

After the conditions are fulfilled, a final visit/walk-through is encouraged, to re-inspect the property.

Closing Documents

Final documents will be executed through the respective lawyers.

Obtaining the Keys/Possession

Upon the conclusion of paperwork and transfer of ownership, you will receive the keys from your lawyer, and you will become the rightful owner. It’s time to move in!
